This app is piss poor in terms of performance and UI/UX. Design is bloated. Gamification is not worth it. Horrible experience even in browsing the packages. No other apps has made me this frustrated in using it. I used to love smartfren due to it being cheap and relatively fast, and internet package is easily purchased. I guess it's already time to change operator....

Informative, but usually very slow and laggy. It doesn't have anything to do with cache and bad connection issues. Some info is usually very vague too. Unlimited but not exactly "unlimited" because after a certain limit, the connection will slow down. update 2024: still slow and laggy. sometimes doesn't even load up and needs restarting. some packages don't show up but it's there on my homepage. pls fix this.

App works fine. The problem is data usage transparency. It should record daily usages and offer usage control. I monitored my data usage with third party apps: built-in phone and Windows data usage (hotspot). Phone recorded <80GB of data usage; <50GB on my Windows in the last 30 days. I bought a 25GB+75GB Bandung local(?) package on the 12th this month and it's completely gone on the 30th in the same month. I received no notifications except an SMS. How can I be sure I didn't get scammed??
